Payment Terms and Conditions

Effective for services provided by Inboundly.digital, operated by Padmakuvar Growth Catalyst Private Limited (“Inboundly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Payment Schedule

Payments are to be made according to the agreed engagement model:

Project-Based Engagement

  • 50% upfront before project initiation
  • 25% upon completion of the first milestone
  • 25% upon final project delivery

Retainer-Based Engagement

  • 50% in advance at the start of each month
  • The remaining 50% at the end of the month, along with the next month’s advance 50%

Hourly-Based Engagement

  • 50% advance before work commences
  • 50% upon completion of the agreed hours

Performance-Based Engagement

  • A base fee or retainer is required
  • Additional payments tied to predefined KPIs (e.g., leads, conversions, CPL reduction, traffic growth)

Consulting Engagement

  • 50% upfront before the engagement begins
  • 50% upon final report submission or completion

Hybrid / Staff Augmentation

  • Custom payment structure based on a combination of the above models

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  1. We accept the following payment options:
  2. Bank / Wire Transfer
  3. Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  4. PayPal / Wise (for international clients)
  5. Other methods as mutually agreed in writing

Note: Clients are responsible for all transaction fees, currency conversion charges, and banking fees.

3. Late Payments

  • Payments must be made on or before the due date.
  • Delays exceeding 7 days from the due date may result in
    • A 5% late fee on the outstanding amount
    • Suspension of services until full payment is received
  • Continued non-payment may lead to contract termination for ongoing engagements

4. Subscription-Based Services

Applicable to recurring services such as SEO, Paid Ads, and Content Marketing:

  • Billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, as agreed
  • Cancellation must be requested within 14 days of purchase to avoid auto-renewal
  • Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle post-cancellation

5. Taxes and Regulatory Fees

  • Indian Clients: GST applicable as per Indian tax regulations
  • International Clients: GST is not applicable if billed to an overseas address
  • Clients are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or regulatory charges in their respective countries

6. Scope of Work & Deliverables

  • Payments are linked to deliverables defined in the contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Any change in project scope may require a revised quote and written approval before execution

7. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been purchased and work has begun
  • If Inboundly cancels a project before starting, a full refund of the advance will be provided

8. Cancellation & Termination

  • Clients may not cancel a project or subscription once work has commenced
  • In exceptional cases, both parties may agree to terminate the engagement, subject to a mutually determined termination fee

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be addressed through amicable negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal remedies
  • Legal jurisdiction will be Rajkot, Gujarat, India, under Indian laws
